These Terms apply to all visitors of this website and all members of the FirstTick Discord server.

FirstTick is a free community for traders at all experience levels. Our services currently include:

• A free Discord server accessible via the invitation link on this site
• A waitlist and informational preview for NextTick, a trading app currently in development

All services are provided at no cost. FirstTick does not charge membership fees, subscription fees, or any other fees at this time. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or tiers in the future, and any such changes will be communicated clearly in advance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use FirstTick. This minimum age reflects the legal requirement to open a brokerage account and engage in financial trading in the United States.

By accessing our website or joining our Discord community, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we reserve the right to remove them from our community without notice.

Nothing on this website, in the FirstTick Discord server, or in any content, message, post, or communication associated with FirstTick constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice of any kind.

All content — whether posted by FirstTick or by community members — is for educational and informational purposes only. Community Conduct

By joining the FirstTick Discord community, you agree to treat all members with respect and to follow Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

• Post content that is illegal, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading
• Impersonate FirstTick, its team, or any other individual
• Attempt to manipulate, pump, or coordinate trading activity

Specific server rules will be posted within the Discord community. FirstTick reserves the right to remove any member from the community at its sole discretion, with or without prior warning, for violation of these terms or server rules.

User-Generated Content

The FirstTick Discord community is a space where members share their own thoughts, trade ideas, analysis, and experiences. FirstTick does not review, verify, or endorse any content posted by community members.

You acknowledge that:

• Content shared by other community members reflects their personal opinions only
• FirstTick is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of member-posted content
• You rely on community content at your own risk
• FirstTick reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or server rules

By posting in the FirstTick Discord, you grant FirstTick a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to reference or share your publicly posted content (e.g. in testimonials or promotional material), unless you request otherwise.

FirstTick's website and community rely on third-party platforms and services, including Discord, TradingView, Cloudflare, and Google Fonts.
