FirstTick is an independent, community-operated educational platform consisting of a website and a Discord server. It is operated by two individual founders and is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial institution, or licensed financial service provider under U.S. federal or state law, or under the laws of any other jurisdiction.

Nothing on this website, within our Discord community, or in any content associated with FirstTick constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

FirstTick is operated from the United States and is accessible globally. Users outside the United States are responsible for ensuring that their participation in the community and any trading activity complies with the laws and regulations of their own jurisdiction. Trading regulations vary significantly by country, and what is permitted in one jurisdiction may be restricted or prohibited in another.

Future Services — NextTick

FirstTick is the community arm of an upcoming trading platform called NextTick, currently in development. This Risk Disclosure applies to FirstTick and this website only. Upon the launch of NextTick, a separate and updated Risk Disclosure will be provided that covers the features, data, and functionality of that platform. This document will be revised accordingly at that time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FirstTick and its founders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, participation in the Discord community, or any trading decisions made as a result of content encountered through FirstTick. This includes, without limitation, losses resulting from reliance on any educational content, member discussion, trade idea, or analysis shared within the community.
